What a fantastic buy. Cost £249 and worth every penny. This dehumidifier is a must have for every home who suffers with condensation on windows etc ! Its also has laundry mode so all my washing that i put on my landing on the clothes airer is dry in no time, plus its low energy use too, so even better. bought new Neff oven from Beacon after reviewing lots of sites. Easy to order, phoned by assistant to confirm exactly what I wanted and delivery options. Oven arrived on day specified, well packaged. Delivery men very polite and friendly. Very pleased all round. Will use Beacon again.

No issues with the service. I was kept informed. Arrived on time. I just wish the courier (Parcelforce I believe) didn’t take it to my nearest post office as I then had to carry the package from there to my house and it was quite heavy. Even the PO staff thought so.

Excellent service from a very good, local company. I was kept informed on the progress of my order throughout the whole process. The air fryer was in store when they said and pick up was easy. I’d definitely recommend this product and Beacon Electrical.
I found what I wanted on this site after failing to find the bulbs anywhere else. The order arrived on time. It was very securely packed, and I was pleased that it was a Royal Mail delivery. The customer service was excellent. Everything was confirmed. I can't say whether the bulbs work well because I haven't used them yet. If all goes well when I do use them, I shall come back to Beacon.
